Privacy policy

This policy explains what we collect when you use Coach Nicobot, what we do with it, and what you can do about it. It is written to be understood rather than to cover us.

What we store

Your email. It lives in the account system you sign in through. Inside the application we also keep a scrambled version of it, which is what counts your usage limits without reading the address again.

Your conversations. The messages you write and the coach’s replies are saved so you can come back to them. The coach also notes specific things about your goals so it stops asking you twice.

Images you upload. If you ask for feedback on a thumbnail or a cover, we keep that image while the review runs and for up to 30 days.

Thumbnails the tool generates. Kept for up to 30 days so you can download them.

Your usage and your plan. How many replies, reviews, and generations you have used, and whether you are on trial, paid up, or behind on a payment.

What we do not store

We do not store your IP address or your browser. To stop abuse we compute an irreversible code from an approximate version of your network and your browser, and keep only that code. It cannot be turned back into your IP.

We do not store card details. Stripe handles the payment and we only receive the outcome.

Who we share it with

OpenAI (United States). Receives your messages, the images you upload for review, and the text used to generate thumbnails. Without this the coach cannot answer. Using the service means accepting that transfer to the United States, which Argentine rules do not list as offering equivalent protection.

Supabase. Hosts the database, the images, and the account system, and sends the email carrying your sign-in code.

Vercel. Hosts the application and runs bot detection.

Stripe. Handles payments and cancellations.

Cloudflare Turnstile. Checks you are not a bot. It receives your IP address at that moment.

PostHog. Measures application usage through a short list of events. It does not record your screen or your messages.

On the public site, the newsletter form sends your email to MailerLite, and the fonts load from Google.

Cookies

We use one cookie of our own to recognise your session before you create an account, and the sign-in system’s cookies to keep you signed in. We use no advertising cookies.

Who can read your conversations

A short list of authorised people can open a conversation to review the quality of the coaching. Every time someone opens one, it is recorded before the text reaches the screen. If that record cannot be written, the conversation is not shown.

Your rights

You can ask for your data, correct it, or have it deleted. You can delete a conversation or your whole account from inside the application, and you can also write to the support address at the foot of this page. We answer within 24 hours.

Giving us any of this is voluntary. Without your email you cannot create an account, because it is the only way we have to recognise you when you sign in.
