Our policy

You have 10 calendar days from purchase to withdraw, with no reason required and at no cost.

The seller lives in the United States, so this is not something Argentine law obliges us to do. We do it anyway because it is the right way to treat somebody who changed their mind. If you buy from a country whose law gives you something broader, that applies and we honour it.

You do not need to sign in or complete any prior registration to ask.

How to ask

Write to the support address at the foot of this page with:

• the email you created the account with,
• roughly when the payment was made,
• and the words “I am withdrawing”.

Within 24 hours we reply through the same channel with a reference code for your request and take the steps needed to complete it.

A limit worth knowing first

The right to withdraw stops applying once you have used the service. Coach Nicobot is available the moment you pay, so if you have already talked to the coach within those 10 days, that part falls outside withdrawal.

This is why the trial runs 7 days and asks for no card: you can find out whether the coach is useful before paying anything.

If you paid and have not used it, withdrawal covers the full amount.

If what you want is to cancel

Withdrawing and cancelling are different things. Withdrawing undoes a recent purchase. Cancelling stops the renewal from here on, and you can ask for it whenever you like with no day limit. It is on the how to cancel page.
