Delete your account

How to do it

Open the application, go to your account settings, and choose to delete the account. For safety we ask for a recent sign-in code, so nobody can delete your account from a session you left open somewhere.

If you cannot sign in, write to the support address at the foot of this page and we will handle it within 24 hours.

What gets deleted

• Your profile and your goals.
• Every conversation and everything the coach remembered about you.
• The images you uploaded and the thumbnails you generated, files included.
• Your assessments, your progress, and your missions.
• Your plan record and the link to the payment system.
• Your sign-in account.

This is final. There is no bin to recover it from and we cannot undo it.

What stays

Administrative and accounting records stay, with your identifier replaced by a meaningless code that leads nowhere near you. They exist so the books balance and so we know a deletion happened.

Usage totals stay under that same code, without your identifier.

Stripe keeps its own billing records for as long as tax law requires.

Deleting one conversation

If what you want is one conversation gone rather than the whole account, you can do that from the chat list. It removes that conversation and the images you reviewed inside it.

If you are also paying

Deleting the account does not stop the billing on its own. Cancel the subscription first, following how to cancel, then delete the account.
