These terms govern your use of Coach Nicobot. Creating an account means accepting them.

What the service is

Coach Nicobot is an assistant that helps you plan, grow, and monetise your channel. It answers by chat, reviews images you upload, and generates thumbnails.

The replies are produced by an artificial intelligence system. They can be wrong. They are not legal, accounting, tax, or financial advice. Decisions about your channel and your money stay yours.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. Creating an account is your statement that you are.

The account is personal. Do not share it or resell it.

Trial and price

The trial runs 7 days and asks for no card. It includes a limited number of replies, image reviews, and thumbnail generations.

After the trial, the plan costs USD 19 a month. This is founder pricing and it will rise for people who join later. If you are already subscribed, we tell you before anything changes. It is charged up front and renews on its own until you cancel.

Usage limits

The paid plan includes a set number of chat replies, searches, image reviews, and thumbnails per billing period, with a daily ceiling on thumbnails. The counters reset with each paid period rather than on the first of the month.

When you reach a limit, that feature pauses until the next period. The rest of the service keeps working.

We publish the current numbers inside the application. We can adjust them if provider costs change, and we will tell you before that affects your plan.

If a payment fails

If a charge does not go through, you keep access for 3 days while it is retried. Thumbnail generation is switched off during that window. If the payment still fails, access closes and your data stays until you delete it.

Cancelling and withdrawing

You can cancel whenever you like. It is set out in how to cancel and in refunds.

What you may not do

Do not upload images of other people without their permission, sexual content involving minors, or material you have no right to use. Do not use the service to harass anyone or to work around the usage limits.

If we find any of this we can close the account without a refund.

Interruptions

We do what we can to keep the service up, and there can still be outages from maintenance or from provider failures. We do not promise continuous availability.

Changes

If we change these terms we update the date at the top and tell you inside the application before the changes affect you.

Governing law

The seller is Nicole, resident in Texas, United States, so this contract is governed by the law of the State of Texas and by United States federal law.

If you are buying from another country, the consumer protections where you live still apply as far as they reach. Nothing here is meant to take away a right your own law gives you.
