Test permissions and cooldown

Run the complete test

If something does not work
- It does not respond
- Confirm platform, exact command name, moderator role, and active chatbot. Test from another account. If chat receives messages but BotRix does not reply, disconnect and authorize KICK again.
- It blocks normal messages
- Turn every category off, enable one, and send one allowed phrase plus one that should be blocked. Shorten the list and check whether a native KICK control applies the second action.
- It replies twice
- Search commands and aliases for the same name, then check whether another bot listens to that prefix. Disable one integration at a time until the second reply stops.
- Timer floods chat
- Raise the line minimum, lengthen the interval, and avoid two timers with identical timing. In a quiet chat, disable the timer instead of lowering its minimum.
